MEET OUR TEAM

Shaun McNay, Senior Pastor

Shaun and Diane McNay have been pastoring since 1999. They are college sweethearts who met at George Fox University. They have three adult children: Zachary, Lacey, Libby and one son-in-law Corey. Shaun, the youngest of 4 brothers, grew up in Western Montana. He is a hopelessly optimistic fan of the Montana Grizzlies and the Minnesota Vikings. He enjoys baseball, golf, hiking, and reading.

Shaun believes that God is still speaking to people in our times in ways that they can understand … God knows your language! Shaun and Diane’s heartbeat for ministry is born out of the kindness they have received from God. They like to express it this way, “We are committed to lives of kindness because God used kindness to lead us to Himself. We are compelled to move outside of the four walls of the church in order to ‘get proximate’ with people who do not yet know Jesus.”

Debbie Powell

Debbie Powell, Spiritual Formation Director

Debbie and her husband Dave have been part of the Living Hope family for nearly 6 years. They have 4 children and are blessed with 9 grandchildren. Debbie has been on staff at Living Hope for over 4 years. She is a certified Spiritual Director and her passion is meeting with people and discovering how God is working in their lives. She also enjoys gardening and a good mystery novel.
